Spin-a-Thon Fundraiser for Adopt-a-Friend

About Adopt-a-Friend:

For over 50 years, the campus community has been working in conjunction with the Department of Social Services of Clinton County to help grant local children's’ holiday gift wishes. There are a variety of ages in need, from birth through teens. Wishes often include sweatshirts and other clothing items, gift cards, toys, etc.

This year, we are fundraising across campus to be able to provide these gift wishes. Our goal is $5,000 by October 31st. Any additional proceeds over that amount will be used to purchase Market 32 gift cards to be distributed to additional local families in need via the Department of Social Services.


What: Spin-a-Thon Fundraiser for Adopt-a-Friend
Who: Sponsored by the Adopt-a-Friend Committee and the Fitness Center/Athletics
When: Saturday, October 19th from 9a-3p
Where: Group Exercise Room - Memorial Hall
Registration Cost: $25 for a two hour slot (9-11, 11-1, 1-3) - max 35 registrants per 2 hr. slot
Goal: $5,000 - any additional donations welcomed
Rules: Open to anyone wishing to participate
