Join us for a screening of The Librarians, a Sundance‑premiere documentary exploring the rising wave of book bans across the United States and the librarians, community members, and young readers who are defending intellectual freedom on the front lines of democracy. The film offers both a cautionary tale and a rallying cry — told through the personal experiences of those fighting to protect access to books.

Following the screening, a panel of local experts will discuss the role of libraries in a democracy, the impact of book challenges, and the importance of equitable access to information.
