Building an effective hazing prevention system requires more than individual programs or awareness campaigns. It demands a coordinated, evidence-informed approach that addresses the multiple factors influencing hazing behaviors and campus culture. This webinar will introduce the Charge for Change’s Four-Domain Framework for Hazing Prevention: Knowledge and Awareness, Prevention and Protection, Early Identification and Response, and Recovery and Accountability, and examine the research-informed strategies that support each domain of a comprehensive prevention system. Participants will learn how campuses can assess their current prevention efforts, identify strengths and gaps, and prioritize actions that promote sustainable change. Through practical examples and lessons learned, attendees will gain insights into how institutions are building prevention systems that strengthen accountability, enhance student safety, and foster cultures of belonging. Whether your campus is beginning its hazing prevention journey or seeking to advance existing efforts, this session will provide actionable strategies for moving from isolated initiatives to a comprehensive, system-wide approach to prevention.
