Project HELP is looking for volunteers for several Halloween-themed service events over the next two weeks including the following:
- Delta Sigma Phi needs people to help them set up and tear down their Night of Frights Haunted House on 10/22, 23 and 26. They also need people to volunteer as the scarers during the Haunted house on 10/24 and 25.
- Dress up in a Halloween costume and help hand out candy and direct guests at the Haunted Trail for North Country Honor Flight on Saturday, October 26. This would be an outstanding opportunity for a group
- Help serve as crossing guards and with handing out candy at the annual Plattsburgh Downtown Trick or Treat on Saturday, October 26. Dressing up is encouraged but not required.
- Like dogs? Volunteer at the annual Pawloween Costumed Dog Gathering on Saturday, October 26.
- Help run children's games at Halloween at the Y on Tuesday, October 29. Costumes encouraged but not required.
- Help check in guests for the Trick a Vampire, Get a Treat Campus Blood Drive on Wednesday, October 30. Volunteers are encouraged to dress as vampires and Project HELP will have vampire teeth and capes for those who don't have vampire attire.
