All students need to know and understand how they are both protected by and accountable to Title IX and NYS Education Law 129. Together, these laws prohibit sexual misconduct, including sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating and domestic violence, stalking and sexual exploitation and provide procedures to file complaints and seek supportive measures to maintain or restore a student's access to their education program and activities.
