The purpose of this group is to provide a supportive environment in which members can both share and process their experiences with interpersonal conflict, and develop the skills to handle them effectively in the future. Members will work collaboratively to build emotional awareness and regulation techniques, familiarize themselves with healthy communication skills, and become comfortable engaging in productive and safe conflict resolution outside of group sessions. This group will blend discussion and reflection with psychoeducation and interactive activities so that members can take skills from each and every session with them in their lives.
