Join us for an important session by University Police on how to respond effectively in an active shooter situation. Feel free to bring your lunch!
(Note: Employees participating in these in-person training sessions may substitute them for the mandatory online SafeColleges active shooter training.)

This training provides essential knowledge and practical skills to help you respond in an active shooter situation. We’ll cover how to:
- Recognize warning signs of potential threats
- Develop situational awareness to stay alert in various environments
- Respond effectively with the "Run, Hide, Fight" approach in emergencies

Knowing how to respond in an emergency reduces panic and indecision. In an emergency, you must quickly determine the most practical way to protect your life.
